We met online on day 0, to get a common understanding of empathy and leadership – to adapt the challenge game to our needs.

On day 1 we meet again online and start the challenge in pairs (buddies).

We meet daily on our WhatsApp group to share insights and support.

We meet on day 10 to harvest the results of the activity.

Long short story, we’re part of Mind the Future Erasmus+ Program and we are developing games for enhancing leadership and empathy. You might have got an idea if you joined the other trainings we’ve been delivering these days. So, are you up for another challenge to support your growth?

Day 1 : 90 minutes online    Day 2: 60 minutes online   Day 10: 90 minutes online

And everyday, you should dedicate at least 20 – 30 minutes towards discovering and implementing new skills.
